Return Policy:

Originals:
Requests for returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• We offer store credit for returns and do not provide refunds. Returns are eligible within 5 days of the purchase date. No returns or exchanges are available for accessories & lifestyle items.

• Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• To initiate a return, ensure the item is unused with tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

• Upon receiving and approving the return, we issue store credit for the order amount minus the shipping charge.

• Only one round of exchange/return is permitted per order. Returns are available only for products purchased in India.

• Customers are advised to use trackable shipping services for returns over Rs. 1500.

• Please do not return purchases directly to the manufacturer.
   

Cancellations:
For cancellations, please contact us via the 'contact us' link before the products are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid. We do not accept cancellations for purchases in the Hype category.

Exchanges:
Size exchanges are available within 7 days of order receipt, subject to availability. Ensure tags remain attached, and the product is unaltered and unused. Exchange requests are subject to availability. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

• Exchanges are allowed once per order and must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

• To request an exchange, ensure the item meets eligibility criteria and return it to us at the provided address.

• Once we receive and approve the exchange, the product will be shipped within 72 hours. No further returns or exchanges will be permitted.

• Exchanges are available only for products purchased in India.
   

Refunds (store credit) :

• We provide store credit only; refunds are not issued.

• Once the return is received and inspected, store credit is provided after deducting shipping fees and bank's transaction charges/percentage (to be disclosed to the purchaser). Store credit sales are final, and no further exchanges or returns are accepted on that order.
