At Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited, we endeavor to maintain accurate stock counts of all our products listed on our website. However, in the event of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill your order with the available products and promptly contact you. You will then have the option to wait for restocking, choose a different size (subject to availability), select an alternative product of equal or greater value, or receive store credit for the billed amount.
 

LOST PACKAGES

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

During any sale or promotion period, all sales are final. Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for purchases if Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited lowers the price of an item that has already been purchased.
 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability, and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited does not process orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders are dispatched from our registered office in Delhi, India.

Upon placing your order with Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited, you will receive an automatic confirmation email/text. If you do not receive the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
 

All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be canceled by Marcheworld Lifestyle Private Limited at any time.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text with tracking information enclosed. Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
 

VENDOR PRODUCTS

Please note that as we are an e-commerce marketplace listing vendor products, all orders of products owned by vendors on our marketplace will be shipped and handled by the respective vendors only. While we keep track of order updates and provide support to keep you updated on your order status, the delivery process is managed by the vendor. Once the order is placed through our platform, the vendor will process the delivery. We are not liable for the delivery process, as the vendor will safely deliver your product through trusted third-party courier services.
 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items that are marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival at our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items using the payment method provided.
